Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical value of color Doppler flow imaging（CDFI）in the diagnose of uterine endometrial lesion.Methods 50 patients who were diagnosed as uterine endometrial lesion and treated with operation in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2015 were selected in this study.The features of CDFIof the patients and their postoperative pathological resultswere retrospectively analysed.Results The color flow display rate of uterine endometrial benign lesionswas 84%，PW appeared middle and high impedance（0.65±0.12）；the color flow display rate of malignant lesions was 100%，PW appeared low impedance（0.40±0.09）.The blood vessels in themalignant lesions expanded，and the blood supply increased.It was common that CDFI of endometrial uterine arterioles was imaging.The compare of the color flow display rate between the endometrial benign lesions and themalignant lesionswas statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion CDFI benefits the diagnose of characters of uterine endometrial lesion，and that makes a great value in clinic.
