Abstract:Objective To explore the application of high-resolution spiral computed tomography(HRSCT)enhancement scan in the diagnosis of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. Methods From January to December in 2015,clinical data and imaging data of HRSCT from 44 patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma admitted and treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed in order to comprehensively analyze the image features of spiral CT in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. Results There were 34 cases inmass focus,6 cases in infiltration-narrow type, and 4 cases in intraductal-growing type.By enhancement,non-intensification of edge at an early stage was in 13 cases, and intensification of edge in 31 ones;after delayed enhancement, internal heterogeneous intensification was 17 cases, homogeneous intensification was 5 cases, and non-intensification was 10 cases.Among 44 participants,40 oneswere correctly diagnosed as intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma by HRSCT enhancement scan, and the restwere definitely diagnosed as primary hepatocellular carcinoma, and the diagnostic accuracy was 91.0%.Conclusion HRSCT enhancement scan plays an important application value in the diagnosis of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma aswell as a significant guidance for early diagnosis and post-surgery.
