Abstract:Objective To study the application value of plasma D-dimer testing in diagnosis of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome. Methods From February 2015 to December 2016,in our hospital for prenatal diagnosis, delivery and hypertension syndrome,300 cases of pregnant women were selected as observation group,in the same period 300 cases of normal pregnant women were selected as pregnancy group,at the same time taken the same period of women health check-up 300 cases were selected as control group.Levels of plasma D-dimer were compared between the three groups. In addition, pregnant women of the observation group were divided into mild group(124 cases),moderate group(86 cases)and severe group(90 cases)according to the illness severity, levels ofplasma D-dimer were compared among the three groups, and the correlation between plasma D-dimer level and severity of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome was analyzed by Spearman correlation coefficient. Results The levelofD-dimer in the observation group was(0.83±0.52)mg/L, significantly higher than that of the pregnancy group and the control group[(0.39±0.17),(0.17±0.09)mg/L],and the normalpregnancy group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Levelof D-dimer in the mild group[(0.52±0.22)mg/L],was significantly lower than thatin the moderate group[(0.78± 0.21)mg/L]and the severe group[(1.19±0.66)mg/L],and level of D-dimer in the moderate group was lowerthan thatin the severe group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).By the Spearman correlation analysis, plasma D-dimer level and severity of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome was significantly positive correlation(r=0.745,P<0.01). Conclusion Through clinical examination level of plasma D-dimer pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome can be effectively diagnosed, and clinical diagnosis value is higher.
