Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of"six-in-one"-teaching-mode in clinical teaching of gastroenterology.Methods From September 2015 to June 2018,the five-year outer-suburbs directional-training undergraduates of Beijing Luhe Hospital,Capital Medical University were selected as research subjects for retrospective analysis.According to different teaching modes,they were divided into experimental group and control group,with 50 cases in each group."Six-in-one"-teaching-mode was applied in experimental group and traditional teaching mode was applied in control group.Their graduation test scores of the two groups were compared.Results The passing rate of medical examination,the result of inquiry,the result of physical examination,the writing of medical records,the interpretation of auxiliary results,the state of illness,the issuance of medical advice and the skill operation of the interns in experimental group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of"six-in-one"-teaching-mode in clinical teaching can stimulate learning initiative of students and improve their grades and clinical ability,which is expected to be further improved and promoted.
