Abstract:Objective To analysis of the causes and influencing factors of functional dyspepsia(FD)in secondary vocational school students.Methods A total of 3942 cases secondary vocational school students admitted to Yangjiang Health School from August 2014 to January 2019 were selected,Questionnaire survey and analysis of all students in school,univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the etiology.Results ①3942 secondary vocational school students suffered from FD 466 cases,accounting for 11.82%,non-functional dyspepsia 3476 cases,accounting for 88.18%;②Univariate analysis showed that sex, dietary hygiene habits,tea drinking,frequent medication, Rational use of diet pills and punctual meals were associated with functional dyspepsia(P<0.05);③Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that sex,picky eating,drinking tea,taking medicine frequently,rational use of diet pills and punctual meals were risk factors for FD (P<0.05).Conclusion Secondary vocational school students have a higher incidence of FD,sex,picky eating,drinking tea,taking medicine regularly and punctual meals were all possible causes of the disease.Reasonable prevention and treatment measures should be formulated according to the causes.
