Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Mosapride and Domperidone in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods Altogether 90 patients with functional dyspepsia treated in our hospital from March 2016 to November 2017 were selected as study objects and they were divided into the Domperidone group (n=45)and the Mosapride group (n=45)according to the random number table method.The Domperidone group was given Domperidone,and the Mosapride group was given Mosapride.The control rate of functional dyspepsia,the scores of functional dyspepsia and life quality before and after treatment,the disappearance time of abdominal distension and hernia symptoms,the remission time of acid vomiting,and the rate of adverse drug reaction were compared between two groups.Results The total control effective rate of functional dyspepsia in the Mosapride group was higher than that in the Domperidone group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the scores of functional dyspepsia and life quality before treatment between two groups(P>0.05).The scores of functional dyspepsia after treatment in two groups were lower than those before treatment,the scores of life quality were higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of functional dyspepsia after treatment in the Mosapride group was lower than that in the Domperidone group,the score of life quality was higher than that in the Domperidone group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of abdominal distension and hernia symptoms,and the remission time of vomiting acid in the Mosapride group were shorter than those in the Domperidone group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of Mosapride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia is definite.It can significantly improve symptoms,significantly promote life quality of patients,and has no serious adverse reactions,which is safe and effective,and worthy of promotion and application.
