三药联用治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征重叠功能性消化不良的临床研究

摘要目的研究三药联用治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征重叠功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法选取2015年9月～2017年9月我院收治的60例腹泻型肠易激综合征重叠功能性消化不良患者作为研究对象，采用抽签法将其随机分成两组，每组各30例。对照组患者给予蒙脱石散（3 g/次，3次/d）+多潘立酮（10 mg，3次/d）治疗，餐前口服；观察组患者在上述基础上给予莫沙必利（5 mg/次，3次/d）治疗，饭后2 h口服，4周后比较两组患者治疗前后的临床症状积分、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前，两组患者的临床症状积分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，观察组患者的临床症状积分为（1.26±0.19）分，明显低于对照组的（4.53±0.36）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的治疗总有效率（96.67%）明显高于对照组（70.00%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的不良反应总发生率（6.67%）明显低于对照组（43.33%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论三药联用治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征重叠功能性消化不良，能够有效改善患者的临床不适症状，疗效显著，安全性较高，值得推广。

Abstract：Objective To study the clinical effect of three drugs combined with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome on functional dyspepsia.Methods Sixty patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome with functional dyspepsia who were admitted to our hospital from September 2015 to September 2017 were selected as subjects and were randomly divided into two groups by lottery,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given Montmorillonite Powder(3 g/time,3 times/d)+Domperidone(10 mg,3 times/d)pre-meal orally,patients in the observation group were given Mosapride(5 mg/time,3 times/d)on the above basis,oral 2 h after meal,4 weeks later,the clinical symptom scores,clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results There was no statistically significant difference in clinical symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).Clinical symptom scores in the observation group after treatment was(1.26±0.19)points,which was significantly lower than those in the control group of(4.53±0.36)points,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total treatment efficiency in the observation group(96.67%)was significantly higher than the control group(70.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(6.67%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(43.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of three drugs in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome with functional dyspepsia can effectively improve the patient′s clinical discomfort,has significant efficacy,safety,and is worthy of promotion.
