Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of lansoprazole combined with mosapride in the treatment of elderly patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods 120 cases of elderly patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease in our department from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatmeng group，60 cases in each group.The control group was given lansoprazole enteric-coated capsules oral medication，the treatment group was treated with mosapridecitrate dispersible tablets on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The two groups were accepted for a periodof 8 weeks of treatment.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared，and the remission time of clinical symptoms and the signs，the incidence rate of complications in the two groups was recorded respectively.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.33%，which was higher than 71.67%in the control group，with significant difference （P＜0.01）.The remission time of clinical symptoms and signs in the treatment group after treatment was shorter than that in the control group，with significant difference （P＜0.01）.The incidence rate of complications in the treatment group was 3.33%，which was lower than 23.33%in the control group，with significant difference （P＜0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of lansoprazole combined with mosapride in the treatment of elderly patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease is significant，and the complication is less，it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
