Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of enteral immune micro-ecological nutrition in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.Methods 120 cases of severe acute pancreatitis in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the different treatment methods,60 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with enteral immune micro-ecological nutrition,the control group was given only the conventional treatment,the clinical effects in the two groups was compared.Results The level of humoral immunity such as IgG,IgA,IgM and the cellular immunity such as CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group after treatment,with significant difference (P<0.05).The level of the WBC count,serum pancreatic lipase (LIP),albumin (ALB),C-reactive protein(CRP),amylase (AMS)in the observation group after treatment was better than that in the control group after treatment,with significant difference (P<0.05).The APACHEⅡscore,Binder score and the mortality in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group after treatment,the hospitalization time in the observation group after treatment was shorter than that in the control group after treatment,with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Enteral immune micro-ecological nutrition supports can improve the immune function,relief the disease and reduce the mortality in severe acute pancreatitis patients.
