Reforming teaching concepts and cultivating innovative medical undergraduates

Abstract:As the core strategy of national development,the key to the implementation of innovation-driven is the cultivation of innovative talents.Undergraduate education in the cultivation of talents in a core position,but the traditional teachers monologue type infusion textbook knowledge,is not suitable for innovative talent training requirements,teachers need to by the classroom “elites” transformation “leader”,in order to inspire,discussion and dialogue teaching presents the ways to cultivate students′ innovative thinking,rich teaching content to new progress in scientific research,fully combines scientific and effective teaching,the cultivation of the integrative innovation quality of medical undergraduate,solid foundation for medical career.
