Abstract：With the trend of population aging exacerbating,the incidence of cognitive impairment(CI)in the elderly is increasing.The cause of senile CI is very complex,not only the common nervous system diseases,but also many other diseases outside the nervous system.This should arouse the attention by both doctors and patients.Early intervention and prevention with risk factors of CI will actively prevent the disease,while comprehensive treatment and management of patients with CI will improve the prognosis.This review will summarize the relationship and the intervention strategies of common senile disease with CI.
