Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in the pipeline nursing specification for postoperative colorectal cancer.Methods Eighty-two patients with colorectal cancer who underwent surgery from January to December 2017 in our hospital were enrolled.The patients were divided into the control group (41 cases)and the observation group(41 cases)according to the randomized blind selection method.The control group was used routine nursing methods and the study group was used evidence-based nursing methods.The pain visual analogue (VAS)scores,cancer patients′ quality of life scores(QLQ-30),self-anxiety scores(SAS)scores,and self-depression scores(SDS)scores were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS score, SAS score and SDS score of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The QLQ-C30 score was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can improve postoperative pain, bad psychology, improve quality of life and reduce the risk of complications in patients with colorectal cancer.
