Abstract:Objective To study the clinical value of evidence-based nursing intervention in snoring patients during surgical treatment. Methods From November 2015 to November 2017,22 patients with snoring were randomly divided into control group and observation group,11 cases in each group. The control group received routine surgical nursing.Evidence-based nursing intervention was carried out in the observation group. The number of complications after the operation, sleep quality score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups before and after the operation, the satisfaction of clinical nursing during the operation treatment of snoring, and the total length of hospital treatment were compared between two groups. Results There was statistically significant difference in postoperative complications between the two groups(χ2=4.03,P<0.05).The improvement of sleep quality score and quality of life score in the observation group was greater than that in the control group before and after operation(P<0.05).The satisfaction of clinical nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of clinical nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total length of postoperative hospitalization in the control group was(8.46±0.67)d,which was longer than that in the observation group(6.11±0.58)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=11.2974,P<0.05).Conclusion Snoring patients with evidence-based nursing intervention during surgical treatment can significantly improve their sleep quality and quality of life, reduce postoperative complications, shorten postoperative recovery and treatment time, and thus increase the total therapeutic effectiveness rate.
