循证护理模式对计划生育科手术患者的手术指标影响

摘要目的探讨循证护理模式对计划生育科手术患者手术指标及情绪的影响，为临床应用提供依据。方法选取2016年1月～2017年12月我院计划生育科手术患者1000例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、实验组，每组500例，分别采用循证护理模式和常规护理模式，分析两组患者的手术指标、抑郁和焦虑情绪改变情况以及对护理模式的满意情况。结果实验组患者的术后下床时间、排气时间以及住院时间均短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。术前，两组患者SAS和SDS评分的比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；术后1个月，对照组患者的SAS和SDS评分与术前比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；实验组患者的SAS和SDS评分均低于手术前，且实验组患者的SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。实验组患者的护理总满意率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论循证护理模式能够明显加快手术患者的康复速度，加快术后下床时间、排气时间等，改善计划生育患者的焦虑和紧张情绪的发生。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the influence of evidence-based nursing mode on the operation indexes and emotion of patients in family planning surgical,and to provide the basis for clinical application.MethodsFrom January 2016 to December 2017,1000 patients with family planning surgery in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 500 patients in each group.The evidence-based nursing model and the conventional nursing model were used respectively.The operation indexes,depression and anxiety changes and the satisfaction of the two groups of patients with the nursing model were analyzed.ResultsThe time of getting out of bed,exhausting gas and hospitalization in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before surgery,there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).One month after surgery,the SAS and SDS scores of the control group were not statistically different from those before surgery(P>0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the patients in the experimental group were lower than those before the operation,and the SAS and SDS scores of the patients in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe evidence-based nursing mode could accelerate the recovery speed of the patients and accelerate the postoperative bed time and exhaust time and also can improve the anxiety and nervousness of family planning patients.
