Abstract:Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing intervention in patients with severe craniocerebral injury complicated with pulmonary infection. Methods A total of 60 patients with severe craniocerebral injury and pulmonary infection admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into control group and study group with 30 cases in each group by random number table method. The control group was received routine nursing while the research group was received evidence-based nursing intervention. The total effective rate, hospitalization expenses, hospitalization time, and quality of life (SF-36 score)of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of patients in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, and the hospitalization expense was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in SF-36 scores between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment, the SF-36 scores of the two groups of patients were higher than those before treatment, and the SF-36 scores of the patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionIt is suggested that the evidencebased nursing in application of patients with severe craniocerebral injury complicated with pulmonary infection, which it plays more prominent role in improving clinical effect, saving medical supplies and improving the quality of life, thus it can be widely promoted.
