Abstract：Objective To study the application effect of high quality nursing in the nursing of chronic bronchitis in the aged.MethodsEighty elderly patients with chronic bronchitis admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group,and there were with 40 cases in each group by different nursing intervention methods.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing.Patients in the observation group were treated with high quality nursing.The quality of life and nursing satisfaction of all patients before and after nursing were compared.Results The quality of life scores of patients in the observation group after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and the quality of life scores of patients in the observation group after nursing were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction degree of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application effect of high quality nursing in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis is remarkable,improving the quality of life of patients and improving the satisfaction degree of nursing,which is worth popularizing and using.
