Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Sacubitril/valsartan treating chronic cardiac insufficiency. Methods A total of 30 cases with chronic cardiac insufficiency treated in our hospital from June to October 2017 were selected as the research subjects. All patients were treated by Sacubitril/valsartan on the basis of the conventional therapy.Standardized continuous treatment lasted for 3 months. The total effective rate for treatment of the patients was observed. The cardiac function indexes, plasma N terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP)level and quality of life were compared before and after treatment in patients. Results After treatment,15 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective,2 cases were invalid, and the total effective rate was 93.33%.After treatment, the LVEF,FS and KCCQ score were significantly higher than those before treatment, and NT-proBNP level decreased significantly compared with that before treatment, and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions was 10.00%.Conclusion Sacubitril/valsartan treating chronic cardiac insufficiency can improve cardiac function and decrease the level of NT-proBNP in patients, and it is safe and reliable, and it can significantly improve their quality of life.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
