Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease who treated in our hospital from August 2015 to March 2017 were selected as subjects,and were divided into two groups according to the random digital table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group were received the Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets treatment,while the study group were received Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets treatment.The therapeutic effect,blood pressure,blood lipid and inflammatory factors before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the patients in the study group(92.50%)was higher than that in the control group(77.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the SBP,DBP,HDL-C,LDL-C,TG,TC,ET,NO,vWF,TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in the two groups were compared,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the HDL-C and ET of the two groups were compared,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),while the SBP,DBP,LDL-C,TG,TC,vWF,TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in the study group were both lower than those in the control group,the NO was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease which can significantly improve the blood pressure,heart rate and other indicators,and can relieve the symptoms of the disease,and the clinical effect are outstanding,to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of life,thus it is worth of application and promotion.
