心理护理对哺乳期瘢痕子宫无痛人工流产患者不良情绪及护理满意度的影响

摘要目的探讨心理护理措施对哺乳期瘢痕子宫无痛人工流产患者不良情绪以及护理满意度的影响。方法选择2014年1月～2015年6月我院妇科收治的哺乳期瘢痕子宫行无痛人工流产的妇女120例，随机将其分为观察组和对照组，每组60例。对照组患者实施常规护理方法，观察组患者在对照组护理方法的基础上给予心理护理干预，采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）评价两组患者护理前后的不良情绪，并比较两组护理满意度、手术时间以及术后人工流产综合征的发生率。结果干预前，两组患者SAS和SDS评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；干预后，观察组患者的SAS和SDS评分较干预前明显下降，且较对照组干预后降低显著，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组护理满意度为95.00%，较对照组的75.00%明显增高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组手术时间为（6.83±1.54）min，明显低于对照组的（7.78±1.67）min，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组术后人工流产综合征发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论对哺乳期瘢痕子宫无痛人工流产患者实施心理护理干预措施，可以有效减轻患者焦虑、抑郁的不良情绪，提高护理满意度，值得在临床上推广。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing care in bad mood and nursing satisfaction on the patients with induced abortion with scar uterus in lactation.Methods 120 patients with induced abortion with scar uterus in lactation from January 2014 to June 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group，60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care.The observation group used psychological nursing intervention on the base of the control group.The bad mood of the two groups of patients was evaluated by anxiety self rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self rating depression scale (SDS).Results There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups (P＞0.05).The SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00%，it was significantly higher than that of the control group (75.00%) (P＜0.05).The operation time of the observation group was (6.83±1.54) min，it was significantly lower than that of the control group (7.78±1.67) min (P＜0.05).There was no difference between the two groups of the incidence of abortion syndrome (P＞0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention measures for the patients with painless induced abortion in uterine scar can effectively reduce the anxiety and depression of patients，improve nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of extensive promotion in clinical practice.
