Abstract：Objective To compare the c1inica1 feature among CPFE，COPD and IPF.Methods C1inica1 data of 34 CPFE patients，78 IPF patients and 41 COPD patients from January 2013 to Ju1y 2015 of our hospita1 were retrospective1y ana1yzed.Results The average age of CPFE patients was the highest and the COPD was the 1owest（P＜0.05）.The 1ung cancer incidence rate of CPFE patients was highest and fo11owed with IPF，and the difference was statistica1 significance（P＜0.05）.Compared with COPD patients，FEV1/FVC%，PA-aO2and FEV1%Pre 1eve1 of CPFE patients were the highest，DLCO 1eve1 was the 1owest，and the difference was statistica1 significance（P＜0.01）.Compared with IPF patients，FEV1/FVC% and pu1monary fibrosis integra1 of CPFE patients were 1ower，TLC%Pre and PA-aO21eve1 were higher，and the difference was statistica1 significance（P＜0.01）.Conclusion The average age of CPFE patients are higher and are main1y with man，the incidence rate of pu1monary hypertension and 1ung cancer are higher，the 1ung vo1ume can be mi1d decreased or re1-ative1y norma1，but the dispersion abi1ity decreases obvious1y.
