Abstract:Objective To exp1ore the strategy of pre-hospita1 emergency for severe hypertension hemorrhagic cerebra1 apop1exy patients.Methods 120 severe hypertension hemorrhagic cerebra1 apop1exy patients from February 2012 to June 2015 of emergency department in our hospita1 were retrospective1y ana1yzed and divided into intervention group and contro1 group according to whether the pre-hospita1 emergency strategy was conducted.Each group was 60 cases. Patients in intervention group were given pre-hospita1 emergency,whi1e patients in contro1 group were not given prehospita1 emergency.After treatment,the 1ung infection,mistake inha1ation,preoperative time,treatment effects and prognosis condition between two groups were compared at the same time.Results The treatment effects in intervention group were obvious better than those in contro1 group,the preoperative time in intervention group was obvious 1ess than that in contro1 group,and the difference was statistica1 significance(P<0.05).At the same time,the 1ung infection,mistake inha1ation in intervention group were obvious better than those in contro1 group,and the difference was statistica1 significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Conducted pre-hospita1 emergency strategy for severe hypertension hemorrhagic cerebra1 apop1exy patients,can effective improve the 1ung infection,mistake inha1ation and prognosis condition of patients,and decrease morta1ity rate.
