Abstract:Objective To explore the risk factors for hemorrhagic transformation (HT)of cerebral infarction. Methods 238 patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from March 2010 to May 2014 were selected and divided into the HT group(34 cases)and the non-HT group(204 cases)according to whether or not combined with HT.Clinical indicators was compared between the two groups, the factors that affected acute HT were screened. Results The incidence rate of cerebral infarction, hypertension, somking, drinking, diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease, atrial fibrillation, massive cerebral infarction and the level of fasting glucose, fibrinogen, complement 3 (C3),CRP in the HT group was higher than that in the non-HT group, with significant difference(P<0.05).The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis revealed that diabetes mellitus, atrial fibrillation, hypertension, massive cerebral infarction,CRP and C3 were independent risk factors for HT after acute cerebral infarction.Conclution Diabetes mellitus, atrial fibrillation, hypertension, massive cerebral infarction,CRP and C3 are the independent risk factors for HT after acute cerebral infarction.
