Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect and safety of nerve endoscope with a transparent casing tube in the middle frontal gyrus in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 83 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(43 cases)and the control group(40 cases). The control group was treated with traditional craniotomy, and the observation group was treated with nerve endoscope with a transparent casing tube in the middle frontal gyrus. The clinical effect, quality of life score and the incidence rate of complication was compared between the two groups. Results The bone window and incision of the observation group was less than that of the control group, operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the amount of blood loss and postoperative hematoma clearance in the observation group was less than that of the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).The incidence rate of complication and mortality rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the postoperative quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Nerve endoscope with a transparent casing tube in the middle frontal gyrus in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage has good clinical effect and low postoperative complication. It has created a new clinical treatment method for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients, and it is worthy of promotion and application.
