Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of intravenous thrombolysis with domestic Urokinase in the treatment of acutemyocardial infarction. Methods 144 cases of acutemyocardial infarction from February 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,72 cases in each group. The observation group was given domestic Urokinase intravenous thrombolytic therapy, the control group was not given thrombolysis treatment. The incidence rate of chest pain, vascular patency rate and mortality rate in the two groups was compared. Results The incidence rate of chest pain after treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment, with significant difference (P<0.01).The incidence rate of arrhythmia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.01).The vascular patency rate of the observation group was 75.00%,which was higher than 9.72%of the control group, with significant difference (P<0.01).The mortality rate of the observation group was 5.56%,which was lower than 29.17%of the control group, with significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion Domestic Urokinase intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of acutemyocardial infarction has significant effect,it isworthy of promotion and application in primary hospital.
