Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the effect of first treatment and post transportation curing acute myocardial infarction and its influence on the prognosis.MethodsA retrospective analysis was conducted.From October 2016 to May 2017,128 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated by different the first aid way before hospital were selected.According to the first aid way before hospital,patients were divided into the three groups.Group A was sent into the emergency department of our hospital by the family members,and group B was transferred to our hospital by emergency personnel to conduct the cure,and group C was transferred to our hospital immediately after emergency treatment.The time of from the attack to start the cure,the thrombolysis time,the total mortality and the improvement rate of disease among the three groups were compared,and the heart rate,respiration and blood pressure of survival patients after curing among the three groups were compared,and the total satisfaction degree among the three groups were compared.ResultsThe time of from the attack to start the cure,the thrombolysis time and the mortality in group C were significantly lower than those of group A and group B(P<0.05)and the improvement rate of disease in group C was significantly higher than those of group A and group B (P<0.05).There was a statistical difference of heart rate and respiratory rate among the three groups(P<0.05).Compared with group A and group B,the total satisfaction degree(98%)of patients in group C was the highest(P<0.05).ConclusionThe curing acute myocardial infarction can shorten the cure time and thrombolysis time,derease the mortality rate,improve the treatment effect and treatment satisfaction degree,and improve the prognosis state of heart rate and respiratory.
