Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the influence of high quality nursing on patients received expectant treatment with AMI and arrhythmia.Methods80 patients received expectant treatment with AMI and arrhythmia in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to different nursing methods, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group was given the routine nursing, while the control group was given the high quality nursing. The bed rest time, hospital stays, hospitalization expenses, arrhythmia recurrence rate, cardiac functional grading, clinical effects were compared between two groups.ResultsThe bed rest time [(2.8±0.5)d]and hospital stays[(12.5±1.5)d]in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group[(5.5± 1.1),(18.2±2.0)d],the hospitalization expenses[(5230.5±626.9)yuan]was less than that in the control group[(7000.8± 620.3)Yuan],arrhythmia recurrence rate(10%)was lower than in the control group(60%),cardiac functional grading were better than in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe application of AMI with arrhythmia for expectant treatment by high quality nursing, which could decrease hospital stays、expenses and arrhythmia recurrence rate, increase clinical effects and cardiac functional grading,it is worth to be used.
