Abstract:Objective To explore the curative effect of Nifedipine for the treatment of preeclampsia. Methods 74 patientswith preeclampsia who had received treatment in our hospital between October 2013 and October 2015 were selected and divided into two groups according to the admission order.Control group was treated with magnesium sulfate injection, whereas the study group with Nifedipine and magnesium sulfate injection. The clinical efficacy, diastolic and systolic blood pressure, hematocrit, changes of urine protein and pregnancy outcomes in the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The total effective rate(94.60%),neonatal asphyxia rate(2.7%),rate of cesarean section(10.8%)in the study group were all higher than those of control group(72.97%,21.6%and 40.5%respectively),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Therewas no statistically significant difference registered between the two groups in systolic and diastolic blood pressure, hematocrit and proteinuria content before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, however, all these indexes in the study group were shown to be significantly better than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of preeclampsia,Nifedipine combined with conventional treatment is with definite curative effect, which can effectively improve the patients′blood pressure, hematocrit, urine protein content, pregnancy outcomes and clinical effects.
