Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of the implementation of laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods During April 2013 to December 2015 108 cases of obstetrics and gynecology hysterectomy in our hospital were selected.The patientswere randomly divided into two groups，the A group of patientswere treated with the implementation of laparoscopic hysterectomy，the B group were treated with abdominal hysterectomy，the clinical effectwere compared.Results A group patients operative time，hospital stay，blood loss was shorter than that of group B，the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.A group patients get out of bed time，postoperative exhaust time，postoperative eating time was shorter than that of group B，comparison was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.A group having 1 case of complications，the rate was 1.85%，the occurrence of complications in group B was 8 cases，the rate was 14.81%.the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Compared to laparoscopic hysterectomy，abdominal hysterectomy has a shorter operative time，blood loss，low-level features，and safe operation，hasworthy of clinical application.
