Abstract：Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 50 cases of cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2014 were treated with anti platelet，intensive lipid lowering，improvement of cerebral circulation and other conventionalmethods were selected as the control group；50 patients with cerebral infarction were selected from the same period combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza injection in the treatment of hydrochloric acid polyphenols in the conventionalmethods based on the treatment of the patients in the control group.The therapeutic effect，adverse reactions and the two groups before and after treatment in patientswith the NIHSS score，C-reactive protein（CRP），tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α），red blood cell aggregation index of two groupswere compared.Results The treatment efficiency of the observation group （96.0%）was higher than that of the control group（76.0%），the incidence of adverse reaction（4.0%）was lower than that of the control group （24.0%），the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Before treatment，the NIHSS score，CRP，TNF-α，erythrocyte aggregation index of the two groups had no statistical difference （P＞0.05）；after treatment，the NIHSS score，CRP，TNF-α，red blood cell aggregation index of two groups were better than that of before treatment and observation group was better than control group（P＜0.01）.Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction has a significant effect，can effectively improve the patients′hemodynamics，reduce the inflammatory reaction，and adverse reaction is low，can be popularized in clinic.
