Effects com parison of two kinds of angiotensinⅡ receptor antagonists liked losartan and valsartan in intervention uric acid metabolism in patientswith hypertension

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effects of two kinds of angiotensinⅡ receptor antagonists liked losartan and valsartan in intervention uric acid metabolism in patients with hypertension.Methods 70 patients who treated in our hospital from April 2014 to January 2016 were divided into losartan group（38 cases）and valsartan group（32 cases）according to the admission order.Patients in two groupswere respectively given two kinds of angiotensinⅡreceptor antagonists liked losartan and valsartan for treatment.The level of serum uric acid and blood pressure were respectively compared pretreatment，treatment for 4 weeks and after treatment for 8 weeks.Results With the treatment，the level of SBP and DBP in two groups gradually reduced.After treatment for 4 weeks and 8 weeks，the level of SBP and DBP between two groups had no statistical significance （P＞0.05）.During the treatment，the level of serum uric acid in losartan group gradually reduced，but the level of serum uric acid in valsartan group had no obvious changes.After treatment for 4 weeks and 8 weeks，the level of serum uric acid between two groups had obvious difference（P＜0.01）.Conclusion The antihypertensive effect of two kinds of angiotensinⅡ receptor antagonists liked losartan and valsartan is equal，while losartan can improve the uric acid metabolism of hypertension patients and obvious decrease the level of serum uric acid.
