Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of different surgicalmethods on the prognosis of patients with acute appendicitis. Methods Retrospective analysis of 60 cases of acute appendicitis in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were divided into two groups according to the operation method of the patients,1 group and 2 group.1 group was taken to open surgerymeasures;the 2 group was taken themeasures of laparoscopic surgery. The operation time, average blood loss, postoperative recovery of exhaust and feeding time, bed time, length of stay, and analgesic use rate, and the incidence of adverse symptoms of the two groups were compared. Results The rate of use of analgesic drugs in 2 group, the incidence of adverse symptoms was lower than that of 1 group(P<0.01).Operation time, average blood loss, postoperative recovery of exhaust and feeding time, bed time and hospital stay in the 2 group were all less than that of 1 group(P<0.01).Conclusion There are differences in prognostic impact of different surgicalmethods for acute appendicitis patients.Among them, laparoscopic surgery is superior to laparotomy, reflecting in theminimally invasive, easy to operate, low trauma and postoperative rapid recovery characteristics, can effectively reduce the complications and analgesic drug use and isworthy to be popularized.
