PDCA循环管理在PICC置管中的应用

摘要目的探论PDCA循环管理方案在PICC置管患者护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2014年9月～2016年9月我院收治的180例PICC置管患者，采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组，各90例。对照组患者采用传统护理模式，观察组实施PDCA循环管理，从患者住院起即制定并实施详细的PDCA管理方案，比较两组的护理服务质量、置管并发症发生率及患者满意度。结果观察组患者的基础护理、护理沟通、健康教育、置管护理评分均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的置管并发症发生率为13.3%（12/90），显著低于对照组的36.7%（33/90），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的护理满意度为98.9%，显著高于对照组的84.4%（76/90），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论将PDCA循环管理模式用于PICC置管患者的护理管理，能有效提高护理质量，减少置管并发症的发生，提高患者的护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the application effect of PDCA cycle management protocol on nursing care management of patients receiving PICC catheterization.Methods180 patients with PICC catheterization admitted into our hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were selected and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to a random number table method,and there were 90 patients in each group.The control group was given traditional nursing model and the observation group was given PDCA cycle management.A detailed PDCA management plan was developed and implemented from the time of hospitalization.The quality of nursing care,incidence rate of complication for catheterization and satisfaction degree of patients were compared between two groups.ResultsThe score of basic nursing,nursing communication,health education and catheterization nursing in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P＜0.05);the incidence rate of complications[13.3%(12/90)]in the observation group was significantly lower than that of 36.7%(33/90) in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the satisfaction degree of nursing in the observation group was 98.9%,which was significantly higher than that of 84.4%in the control group (76/90),and the difference wasstatisticallysignificant(P＜0.05).ConclusionPDCAcyclemanagementmodelforthenursing management of patients with PICC catheterization can effectively improve the quality of care,reduce the incidence of complications of catheterization and improve patients′satisfaction towards nursing care,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
