HEDIS系统护理模式对哮喘儿童生存质量的影响

摘要目的探讨卫生保健有效数据和信息系统（HEDIS）护理模式对哮喘儿童生存质量的影响。方法选取2013年6月～2016年6月因哮喘发作在我院就诊的哮喘患儿100例，按照门诊就诊或住院号单双随机分为研究组50例及对照组50例。对照组采用传统护理模式，研究组采用HEDIS系统护理模式进行哮喘儿童的护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果研究组患儿的哮喘控制情况、治疗依从性及健康行为自我管理能力均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论HEDIS系统护理模式将健康教育延伸至家庭，使患儿能够坚持长期、规范、持续、个体化的治疗，可有效控制哮喘，减少疾病的反复发作，提高患儿的生存质量。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of health care effective data and information system (HEDIS)nursing model on the quality of life in children with asthma.Methods One hundred asthmatic children visited our hospital due to asthma attack from June 2013 to June 2016 were selected.According to the odd or even number of outpatient service or hospitalization,they were randomly divided into research group(n=50)and control group(n=50).In the control group,traditional nursing mode was applied,while in the research group,HEDIS for asthmatic children was adopted.The nursing effect between two groups was compared.Results The asthma control,treatment compliance,self-management of health behaviors in the research group were all better than those in the control group with statistical difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion HEDIS system nursing mode extends health education to family,ensures long-term,standardized,sustained,individualized treatment for pediatric patients,and can effectively control the onset of asthma,reduce the disease recurrence, and improve QOL in children patients.
