Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of surgical-instrument-and-hands integrated management in endoscopic surgery on clinical effect. Methods 400 patients who have been performed an endoscopic surgery in the Sixth Hospital Affiliated to Sun Yat-sen University from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research object, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,200 cases in each group. The control group was performed an operation in a routing way, while the observation group was given an surgical-instrument-and-hand integrated management. The operation time and the degree of total satisfaction in the two groups were compared. Results The operation time in the observation group was (60.52±9.56)min,which was shorter than that in the control group of(78.32±9.36)min,with significant difference(P<0.05).The degree of total satisfaction of the observation groupwas 97.0%,which was higher than that of the control group (87.0%),with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of the endoscopic surgery,surgical-instrument-and-hand integrated management can effectively shorten the operation time and improve patients′satisfaction, achieve ideal clinical effect. Therefore,it is worth of further promotion.
