Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Nerve Growth Factor(NGF)combined with Flunarizine Hydrochloride in treatment of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods150 patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2016 were divided into two groups by draw lots,and there were 75 cases in each group.Control group was treated by Flunarizine Hydrochloride,while observation group was treated by NGF combined with Flunarizine Hydrochloride.After treatment,the nerve function and living quality between two groups were compared.ResultsAfter treatment,the neurological function deficit scale of two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),the neurological function deficit scale of observation group was lower than that of control group,and scores of living quality indexes were higher than control group(P<0.05).The score of emotion,hand function,communication skill,memory and thought,social participation and strength of control group were compared with before treatment,there was no statistical difference(P>0.05), and the above scores of observation group were higher than before treatment(P<0.05).ConclusionNGF combined with Flunarizine Hydrochloride for cerebral hemorrhage patients has definite effect,which can improve nerve function of patients and improve their living quality.
