Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of early language training in the rehabilitation of children with developmental delay.Methods A total of 76 children with developmental delay admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation in the Quanzhou Women′s and Children′s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 38 children in each group.The control group were given conventional rehabilitation training,and the observation group were given additional early language rehabilitation training.The treatment effect and Gesell Developmental Scale score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in Gesell Developmental Scale score between the two groups before training (P>0.05).The scores of all dimensions of Gesell Development Scale after training were higher than those before training,the scores of all dimensions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Early language rehabilitation training can significantly improve training effect and effectively promote children′s language development function in children with developmental delay.It has positive significance for improving children′s language expression and language comprehension ability,indicating values for clinical use and promotion.
