Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of pulmonary function rehabilitation training combined with holistic nursing on pulmonary function and exercise endurance of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.(COPD)Methods From May 2019 to October 2020, 100 patients with COPD in the First People′s Hospital of Fuzhou City were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given holistic nursing mode, while the observation group was given pulmonary function rehabilitation training combined with holistic nursing mode. The changes of forced vital capacity in the first second (FEV1), the ratio of forced expiratory volume in the first second to forced vital capacity (FEV1/FVC), the modified dyspnea index (mMRC) and 6-minute walk test (6 MWT) were evaluated, and the changes of quality of life were investigated by St. George′s respiratory quality score (SGRO) were observed between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in FEV1 and FEV1/FVC between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, the lung function indexes of the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the lung function indexes of the observation group after intervention were higher than those of the control group after intervention, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no significant difference in mMRC, 6MWT length and SGRO score between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, the mMRC scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the 6MWT length was longer than that before intervention, the mMRC score of the observation group after intervention was lower than that of the control group, and the 6MWT was longer than that of the control group after intervention, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of pulmonary function rehabilitation training combined with holistic nursing is helpful to improve the pulmonary function of patients with COPD, enhance their exercise endurance and improve their quality of life, and the effect is good.
