Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation training combined with intermittent oral to esophageal feeding in stroke patients with dysphagia. Methods A total of 60 patients with stroke and dysphagia who were admitted to the First People′s Hospital of Fuzhou City from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) by random number table method. The control group received routine swallowing function training, and the observation group received rehabilitation training combined with intermittent oral to esophageal tube feeding training. The grading of frog field drinking test and the treatment effect of swallowing function were compared between the two groups after training. Results The classification of frog field drinking water test in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of swallowing function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation training combined with intermittent oral to esophageal tube feeding training for stroke patients with dysphagia can improve the swallowing function of the patients and effectively promote the rehabilitation of the patient′s condition, which has a high application value.
