Abstract：Objective To explore the effective effect of Loratadine Citrate combined with Fluticasone Propionate in the treatment of neurodermatitis.Methods A total of 96 patients with neurodermatitis admitted to Iron Coal General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as research object.They were divided into an observation group (n=48) and a control group (n=48) by odd-even grouping.The control group was treated with Fluticasone Propionate, and the observation group was treated with Loratadine citrate combined with Fluticasone Propionate.The clinical effect of the two groups and the target skin lesion area and skin lesion score before and after treatment, skin itching score and eczema condition index score were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); After treatment, the target skin lesion area, skin lesion degree score, skin itching score and eczema condition index score of the two groups of patients were lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05); the target skin lesion area, skin lesion degree score, skin itching score and eczema condition index score of the two groups of patients were all lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Patients with neurodermatitis treated with Loratadine Citrate combined with Fluticasone Propionate can significantly reduce the itchiness and eczema of the patient, significantly improve the degree of skin lesions of the patient.It′s application value is high.
