Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Budesonide Formoterol combined with pulmonary rehabilitation training on lung function and quality of life in moderate to severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients at stable stage. Methods A total of 86 patients with moderate and severe COPD who were treated in the Second People′s Hospital of Nankang District in Ganzhou City from July 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to random number table method, they were divided into control group(43 cases)and observation group(43 cases). The control group was treated with Budesonide Formoterol, and the observation group was treated with pulmonary rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.Forced vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1), 6-min walking distance, quality of life score and acute attack rate were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the FVC and FEV1 of the observation group were (2.89±0.41) and (2.03±0.35) L, which were higher than those of the control group (2.57±0.38) and (1.81±0.31) L, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the 6 min walking distance of the observation group was (364.78±25.65) m, longer than that of the control group of (324.14±23.59) m, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, COPD assessment test (CAT) score and modified British medical research council dyspnea index (mMRC) score in the observation group were (14.39±2.42) and (1.59±0.22)points, lower than those in the control group of (18.93±2.56) and (1.81±0.25) points, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The acute attack rate of the observation group was 4.65%, lower than that of the control group (18.60%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide Formoterol combined with pulmonary rehabilitation training can enhance lung function, reduce the number of acute attacks and improve the quality of life in patients with moderate to severe COPD.
