Abstract:Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of magnesium sulfate combined with ritodrine hydrochloride on premature rupture of membranes. Methods A total of 86 patients with premature premature rupture of membranes admitted to Korla Hospital of the Second Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected. They were divided into study group and control group according to the different treatment schemes, with 43 cases in each group. Those who were given Magnesium Sulfate treatment were recorded as the control group, those who were treated with Magnesium Sulfate combined with Ritodrine Hydrochloride were recorded as the study group. And the comprehensive effective rate of treatment, uterine contraction inhibition time, pregnancy extension time, neonatal Apgar score, pregnancy outcome, cytokine level, the total incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The comprehensive effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The inhibition time of uterine contraction in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, the extension time of pregnancy was longer than that in the control group, and the neonatal Apgar score and vaginal delivery rate were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group′s interleukin-6 (IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),fetus fibronectin(fFN)and prostaglandin E2(PGE2)was lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion During the clinical treatment of patients with premature rupture of membranes, the use of Magnesium Sulfate combined with Ritodrine Hydrochloride can achieve satisfactory therapeutic effect, can significantly prolong the gestational age, increase the newborn′s Apgar score, vaginal delivery rate, and better improve IL-6,TNF-α,fFN,PGE2and other cytokine levels, and the combination of drugs will not greatly increase the adverse drug reactions, and the safety is reliable.
