Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of enteral nutrition support on the basis of evidence-based nursing care in Crohn′s disease patients. Methods A total of 120 cases diagnosed with Crohn′s disease in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected. Patients were divided into the control group (60 cases) and the observation group (60 cases) by random number table method. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received enteral nutrition support based on evidence-based nursing. The nutritional status, quality of life and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The levels of serum prealbumin (PA), albumin (Alb) and hemoglobin (Hb) in the observation group were higher than those of in the control group, the weight loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Enteral nutrition support on the basis of evidence-based nursing care in Crohn′s disease patients is effective, which improve the nutritional status of patients, reduce the risk of adverse reactions and improve the quality of life.
