Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of cognitive behavior intervention combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing on stroke patients. Methods A total of 78 stroke patients who were admitted to the Fushun Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the study group,39 cases in each group. The control group adopted conventional nursing methods, and the study group adopted cognitive behavior intervention combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing. The cognitive function, rehabilitation self-efficacy and limb function of the two groups were compared. Results The Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA) scores and the mini-mental state examination (MMSE) scores in the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The score of the rehabilitation self-efficacy scale of the study group was (91.31±9.55) points, which was higher than that of the control group of (80.23±11.76)points, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment scale and Fugl-Meyer balance function scale of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Cognitive behavior intervention combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing has a significant effect in the application of stroke patients, which can help improve their cognitive function, and promote rehabilitation self-efficacy and limb function.
