Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Aripiprazole combined with Sertraline in the treatment of non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI)combined with disease of anxiety and depression in adolescent patients. Methods A total of 80 adolescent NSSI patients combined with anxiety and depression admitted to University-Town Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases)according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with Sertraline alone, and the observation group was treated with Aripiprazole combined with Sertraline. The efficacy and safety of the two groups were evaluated by Hamilton depression scale 17(HAMD-17),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)before treatment and at the end of 1,2 and 4 weeks of treatment, respectively and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS).The occurrence of NSSI behavior was evaluated with Ottawa selfinjury inventory(OSI).Results The total effective rate of the observation group(97.5%)was higher than that of the control group(85.0%),with the statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of HAMD-17,HAMA and the incidence of NSSI behavior in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at the end of 1,2 and 4 weeks of treatment, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Aripiprazole combined with Sertraline is safe and effective in the treatment of NSSI combined with anxiety and depression in adolescent patients.
