Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of hospital discharge preparation plan in patients with hypertensive basal ganglia intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with hypertensive basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Luoyang Central Hospital from January 2020 to August 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different intervention methods, they were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the observation group(30 cases). The control group used routine intervention, and the observation group used the hospital discharge preparation plan. Before discharge, the readiness for hospital disccharge scale(RHDS)and compliance behavior of the two groups were recorded, and the activities of daily living(BI index)and limb motor function score(FMA)of the two groups before and 3 months after the intervention were compared. Results The own condition, available social support, coping ability after discharge, disease knowledge and the total score of RHDS of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in BI index and FMA score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The BI index and FMA score of the two groups after 3 months of intervention were higher than those before the intervention, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The BI index and FMA score of the two groups after 3 months of intervention in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before discharge, the total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The hospital discharge preparation plan for patients with hypertensive basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage can effectively improve discharge preparation and compliance behavior, enhance motor function, and improve the ability of daily living.
