Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of high-quality nursing cooperation in the nursing of patients undergoing gastroscopic electroresection of gastric polyps.Methods A total of 62 patients with gastric polyps removed under gastroscopy from January to December 2019 in Fuzhou First People′s Hospital of Jiangxi Province were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 31 cases in each group.The observation group received high-quality nursing cooperation intervention, and the control group received routine nursing.Perioperative related indicators of the two groups were evaluated.Results The time of postoperative anal exhaust and time of ambulation in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than control group, nursing satisfaction was higher than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Face, avoidance and yield scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after nursing, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the perioperative nursing intervention stage of patients undergoing gastroscopic electroresection of gastric polyps, the implementation of high-quality nursing mode can help to promote rehabilitation, reduce the trauma of patients undergoing gastroscopic electroresection, eliminate adverse emotions, and achieve the purpose of promoting rehabilitation, which has significant advantages.
