综合信息化管理在学龄前儿童反复呼吸道感染中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨综合信息化管理在学龄前儿童反复呼吸道感染中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2017年1月—2019年3月中山市博爱医院收治的600 例学龄前反复呼吸道感染患儿的临床资料，按照管理方式的不同分组，实施常规诊治和常规管理的300 例患儿被设为对照组，增加综合信息化管理的300 例患儿被设为研究组。1年后比较两组儿童的年人均门诊就诊次数、年人均住院次数、年人均门诊费用、年人均住院费用、免疫球蛋白指标（IgG、IgA、IgM）、T 淋巴细胞指标（CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+）。结果研究组的年人均门诊就诊次数、年人均住院次数少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组的年人均门诊费用低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组的年人均住院费用比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；研究组的IgG、IgA、IgM 高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组的CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论综合信息化管理有利于增强学龄前反复呼吸道感染患儿的免疫功能，减少复发次数，从而改善预后。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive information management in the repeated respiratory infections preschooler.Methods Retrospective analyzed the clinical data of 600 preschooler with recurrent respiratory tract infection admitted to Bo′ai Hospital of Zhongshan from January 2017 to March 2019,and divide into groups according to different management methods,three hundreds children with routine treatment and routine management were set as the control group,and three hundreds children with added comprehensive information management were set as the study group.After one year,the annual per capita number of outpatient visits,annual outpatient visits,annual per capita outpatient expenses,annual per capita hospitalization cost,immunoglobulin indicators(IgG,IgA,IgM)and T lymphocyte indicators(CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+)of the two groups were compared.Results The annual per capita number of outpatient visits and annual outpatient visits of the study group were less than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The annual per capita outpatient expenses of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences of the annual per capita hospitalization cost between the two groups(P>0.05).The IgG,IgA,IgM in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive information management is conducive to enhancing the immune function of preschooler with recurrent respiratory tract infection,reduce the number of relapses,and thus improve the prognosis.
