Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of Pranoprofen Eye Drops combined with Olopatadine Hydrochloride Eye Drops in the treatment of patients with allergic conjunctivitis(AC).Methods A total of 126 AC patients(126 affected eyes)admitted to the Department of Ophthalmology,Hubei Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January to December 2020 were selected and divided into the control groups(63 affected eyes)and the observation groups (63 affected eyes)according to the random number table method.The control group was given Olopatadine Hydrochloride Eye Drops,and on this basis,the observation group was given Pranoprofen Eye Drops.The treatment effect,immune function,tear break-up time(BUT),fluorscein staining(FL)score,histamine(HA),eosinophil cationic protein(ECP)levels and safety were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in immune function between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin E(IgE)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in BUT,FL scores,HA and ECP levels between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,FL score,HA and ECP levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,BUT in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Pranoprofen Eye Drops combined with Olopatadine Hydrochloride Eye Drops are effective in treating patients with AC.They can improve the immune function of patients,adjust the level of inflammatory factors,repair corneal epithelium,maintain tear film stability,and have certain safety.
