Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscope assisted radical gastrectomy in the treatment of gastric cancer. Methods A total of 50 patients with gastric cancer in Xinyu People′s Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The observation group received laparoscope assisted radical gastrectomy, and the control group received open radical gastrectomy. The surgical conditions, preoperative and postoperative stress response, intestinal barrier function, immune level and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The amount of intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the incision length and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups (P>0.05).Before operation, there were no significant differences in the levels of endothelin, interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein between the two groups (P>0.05).The levels of endothelin, interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein in the observation group at the fifith days after operation were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significances (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of plasma D-lactic acid and diamine oxidase between the two groups before operation (P>0.05).After operation at the fifth days, the levels of plasma D-lactic acid and diamine oxidase in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).Before operation, there were no significant differences in the levels of plasma CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ between the two groups (P>0.05).After operation at the fifth days, the levels of plasma CD3+, CD4+and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the level of plasma CD8+ in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 28.00% (7/25), which was lower than 48.00% (12/25) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscope in the treatment of gastric cancer can effectively shorten the length of hospital stay, reduce blood loss, reduce the body′s stress response, increase the level of immunity of patients after surgery, reduce the intestinal barrier function during surgery and reduce the incidence of complications.
