Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of single-port laparoscopy in gynecological benign diseases. Methods A total of 84 patients with gynecological benign diseases treated in Shangrao Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Jiangxi Province from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,42 cases in each group. The porous group was treated with traditional porous laparoscopic surgery, and the single port group was treated with single-port laparoscopic surgery. The clinical indicators, incision aesthetic satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time of the single port group was(106.34±25.89)min,which was longer than that of the porous group of(79.85±21.17)min,while the visual analogue scale(VAS)score was(2.03±0.51)points and body image scale(BIS)score was(5.79±1.06)points,lower than those of the porous group of(2.69±0.84)and(6.49±1.34)points,and the cosmetic score(CS)was(20.09±1.62)points,higher than that of the porous group of(16.78±2.64)points,with statistical differences(P<0.05).There were no statistical differences between the two groups in intraoperative blood loss, exhaust, length of hospital stay and total incidence of complications(P>0.05).Conclusion The single-port laparoscopic surgery is less invasive and less complicated in the treatment of gynecological benign diseases, and has better effect in reducing postoperative pain and improving aesthetic effect. It can be used as an optimal operation for the treatment of gynecological benign diseases.
